Morten, isn’t “lack of qualified labour” actually the problem of wage equilibrium below the willingness to work? Exactly the issue of bad equilibriums described 74 years ago? Or there really are no people? Yeah… and doesn’t the cash figures of Latvian banks remind 30s?

If former, then the lately popular expert/political opinion of microeconomic uncompetitiveness is not valid and, therefore, policies will be inefficient. If the issue is macroeconomic, let’s search for macroeconomic tools ;-)
